Bernard Lawrence is the Executive Vice President and Practice Lead for the JLL Tenant Representation Group in Montreal. Having spent 8 successful years at another global real estate brokerage firm, he was recruited by Andrew Bissett to JLL in 2013.
As practice lead, Bernard manages the day to day operations of Montreal’s largest structured brokerage team consisting of 12 professionals with complementary skillsets and a common goal: to help organizations achieve their real estate ambitions.
Backed by JLL’s industry leading best practices and technology tools, the team has managed over 400 successful office leasing transactions representing more than 5,000,000 square feet of space for a total of $1B+ in transaction volume across the entire Montreal market since 2013.
