Bio
Beth has been in the specialized industry of retail real estate leasing and investment sales for nearly twenty years helping to form an ideal retail landscape in the most prominent submarkets of New York. She prides herself on her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and detail-oriented approach to identifying locations and retailers for her clients and negotiating on their behalf. As a consultant, she understands the constantly changing retail environment and continuously educates her clients by providing tools and resources to account for these adjustments. Beth focuses in both landlord and tenant representation in the New York metropolitan area as well as Miami, Florida. Over the years she has represented retailers ranging from lifestyle and luxury brands Apple, Kering (Gucci), Amore Pacific, Scotch & Soda, Kilian, and Simone Rocha to multi-brand tenants such as Huckberry and Follain, and DTC brands including Faherty, Elaine Kim, and Hatch. She has had the pleasure of working with both institutional ownerships as well as more localized clients including L3 Capital, HFZ Capital, SL Green, Acadia, Brookfield Properties, The Related Companies, Nightingale Properties, Friedland Properties, Koeppel Rosen, and numerous coops on the Upper East Side. Beth has organized investment sales transactions including a development site on Madison Avenue and 88th Street, soon to be home of a Robert A.M designed condominium, as well as the sale of 250 Bowery to the International Center of Photography (ICP). Beth graduated from the University of Wisconsin.
