Bio
Betsy has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years, having both commercial and residential experience. Her real estate career began in 2006 with Sauder Realty, Inc, and Mark Sauder, General Contractor, Inc. After receiving her Indiana Real Estate Broker license in 2008, she then joined a major commercial real estate firm in Northeast Indiana. In August 2017, she acquired her Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker license opening her own residential real estate company.
In April 2018, she joined the NAI Hanning & Bean commercial real estate team. Her position allows her to interface with customers, partners and brokers in a wide array of duties: she organizes and maintain brochures, proposal materials, and marketing materials; prepares draft and final proposals for electronic delivery and/or hard copy (proofs, prints, binds, distributes and mails proposal copies as requested); prepares leases and sale contracts for brokers; creates and maintains detailed spreadsheets and databases; creates exhibits, maps, aerials and other marketing materials for distribution; coordinates and assists the company with client tours, special events, meetings and other team events; manages and coordinates broker schedules; and coordinates and follows up on pending transactions and broker due diligence.
Betsy is a life-long Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
