Bill Beard serves as commercial real estate broker and advisor at SVN Parke Group with nearly 30 years experience in corporate sales and 15 years experience in commercial real estate sales. He has extended experience in all phases of the commercial real estate market including office, retail, and industrial with specialization in tenant representation. Bill is a graduate of Purdue University and a veteran of the of the U.S. Army.
Bill and his wife Suzy live in north Fort Wayne and are parents to three adult children. Bill assists Suzy with her annual Christmas mission of organizing, assembling and delivering over 400 dinners for the less fortunate in the Fort Wayne area.
