Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, Mr. Britt spent over 30 years in the automotive industry working, running, and owning Bill Britt Motors, a local business that was a staple in the Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. Having owned and operated a successful local automotive company for over 30 years prior to moving into the real estate business allows Bill to bring a unique advantage when marketing his client's properties for sale or lease. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys volunteering his time to Compassion Animal Rescue (C.A.R.E) with his wife and daughter.
