Bill Cooper is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, specializing in Tenant representation in the Puget Sound Region. He currently works out of our Bellevue office, with a specific focus on established technology and media professional service clients. Bill provides high-level service and expertise for the corporate real estate needs of his clients, both regionally and internationally.
Bill is committed to measurable results, and believes a team approach is paramount to solving today’s complex real estate challenges, and delivers collaborative solutions formed from industry relationships and corporate resources. Over the past two decades, he has used his expertise in tenant representation, renovations management and corporate relocations to negotiate complex transactions that deliver optimal results to his clients. From 5-person start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, Bill understands the challenging issues faced by each individual client, and tailors each strategy and solution to ensure healthy growth and success.
Before joining CBRE, Bill spent over a decade with Colliers International. He previously worked for Pacific Real Estate Partners prior to their acquisition by JLL. He has completed over 2 Million square feet of Lease transactions on behalf of his clients over the course of his career, with a total value in excess of $3.4 billion. While at Colliers, Bill was also a member of the Everest Club, representing the top 10% of Colliers brokers nationally.
