With more than 20 years of real estate experience and $300+ million in completed transaction volume, I offer a full-cycle perspective shaped by hands-on experience in construction, ownership, asset management, and investment advisory services. I am a SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®) and have owned and operated a construction company that built and remodeled residential projects in Dallas and Indiana, as well as owned and managed multifamily and industrial properties.
Over the past decade, I have managed two international real estate offices and one regional office, working closely with both U.S. and overseas investors. My focus is investment strategy and site selection for multifamily and industrial assets, including negotiating purchase terms and working directly with local and state economic development teams to secure incentive packages that benefit my clients.
I have completed projects across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee, and I lead a nimble team capable of traveling as needed and working across time zones to deliver reliable execution for international clients.
