Bill Hausrath, an Associate Broker with Westhills LTD Realtors®, has had a distinguished 39-year real estate career. Bill’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to, residential and commercial sales, property management, and development. Bill was recognized as being in the top 5 percent of the sales force while working for Coldwell Banker Barger Real Estate and Montague, Miller & Co. Bill has served as President of the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS® and has been the recipient of their top award, REALTOR® of the Year.
Bill serves the Waynesboro community as a board member of the Wayne Theatre Alliance, the Waynesboro YMCA, and Vector Industries. Bill’s community preservation efforts and determination contributed to the saving of Fairfax Hall, a historic landmark in Waynesboro. Bill and his wife, Kyle, have four children and reside in the “Tree Streets” area of Waynesboro.
