Offering both Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller Representation services, he has had the opportunity of working with notable clients like Citadel Federal Credit Union, Power Train Sports (as a master broker), Salons by JC, Cycle Bar, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Pie Five Pizza Company, and many other local clients.
Before entering the brokerage community, Bill worked for Regal Development Group where he gained an extensive background and knowledge in real estate development. During his time with their firm, he oversaw land acquisitions and development of over 400 residential homes and commercial developments.
