Bio
With over 20 years experience in the industry, Bill specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial/warehouse properties and in the sale and development of industrial park sites. He is licensed in Indiana and Michigan and in 2003 he has brokered over 40 transaction with a total volume of over 9 million dollars.
Bill was accepted as an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtor Affiliations (SIOR) in 1999. Additionally, he has earned the Certified Environment Risk Screener (CERS) designation, the Real Estate Cyberspace designation and is a charter member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Prior to entering the industrial/commercial field, Bill owned a financial services firm, dealing in the marketing of insurance, registered securities and limited real estate partnerships.
Currently, Bill is serving his 9th year on the Board of Zoning Appeals as President (2003-2007) and Hearing Officer (2003-2007) and is a member on the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Government Council. In the past he has also served on the Elkhart Urban Enterprise Zone Board of Directors, Business Development Committee, the Chamber of Commerce Environmental Council and Small Business Committee. Bill has also served his community as Head Trustee and Treasurer for several different charities and non-profit organizations.
