Bill Oldacre, a principal and founding member of Oldacre McDonald, possesses over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry with a marked talent for overseeing the process of conceptual design and development of retail centers. Before associating his company, Oldacre Associates, with The Newton Company in 1989, Mr. Oldacre managed the Memphis , Tennessee office of Sharondale Properties, a retail and office developer. Prior to that, he was President of U.S. Conversions, a company active in the condominium conversion business in the Southeast, and an affiliate of First Management Services. Mr. Oldacre began his real estate career in 1983 with First Management Services, a property management company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
