Bill Pace joined Woolbright Development in 2024 as a Senior Associate. Bill is responsible for the continued growth of leasing and tenant representation within the retail division of Woolbright.
With over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, he has an extensive record of providing comprehensive real estate solutions with a specialty in multi-unit roll out expansion plans for Regional and National Tenants.
Prior to joining Woolbright, Bill was a Vice President at Stiles Retail Group and Senior Broker at The Rotella Group. His past and present client roster comprises institutional, national and regional landlords including: PDQ, Chipotle, Pollo Tropical, Wendy's and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. His expertise ranges from site-selection and tenant deal negotiations to market analysis and identification of value-add opportunities.
