As the President and CEO of Palmer Capital Inc., Bill leads an elite team of professionals that focus on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate investment opportunities throughout the western United States. Bill works directly on every transaction executed by Palmer Capital Inc., representing a diverse client base of institutional and private investors. Prior to founding Palmer Capital Inc. in 2005, Bill was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Division of CB Richard Ellis. He spent 18 years at the firm and was consistently honored as CB Richard Ellis' Top Broker Worldwide. He has been recognized by Commercial Property News and several other publications as one of the nation's most highly regarded investment professionals. Bill's prior experience also includes 13 years with Piper Jaffray & Co in Minneapolis, in their Investment Banking Group.
