William Papola, Jr. is a resident of Grass Valley, Nevada County, California. Broker and Chief Executive Officer of Network Real Estate, a full service Real Estate Company established in 1983. Network Real Estate was founded and based on high standards of integrity, ethics, professionalism, knowledge and superior customer service. The company has enjoyed powerful community recognition built upon the trademark of personalized service to the many people moving into and out of the area. The Company has over 50 professional agents & brokers, including a Commercial & a Fine Homes Division with four offices.
Bill is a graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo with a Masters degree in Agriculture & Animal Science and a Bachelors Degree in Science and Animal Husbandry. Bill also holds a lifetime teaching credential from Cal Poly. Bill taught school at Hanford High School and also Nevada Union High School from 1970 to 1975 at which time he entered the field of Real Estate.
Bill holds an active Real Estate Brokers license in the State of Nevada and State of California. Currently a member of California Department of Real Estate, National Association of Realtors, member and past board member of Nevada County Association of Realtors, a member of Placer/Metrolist Association of Realtors, San Francisco Board of Realtors, Sutter/Yuba County Association of Realtors and Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors.
Bill became a Founding Director of Community 1st Bank in 2005 which has grown to three locations, one in Roseville and two in Auburn, he has continued as a Director at the bank and is also on the Loan Committee. In addition to his present affiliations and business is also an active member and past president of the Grass Valley Sportsman Club since 1973; Member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nevada County; Member of the San Francisco University Club from 1993 to 2002; Founder and past Director of the Nevada County Law Enforcement and Fire Council; Board member of Westmark Financial Mortgage Banking entity from 1989 through 1991; Member of the American Horse Show Association; and the American Morgan Horse Association.
Bill, and his wife Kathy, are the owners of Baccarat Farms a 53 Acre horse facility in Grass Valley and are also associated with MAX International, a network marketing company that provides the patented high performance fuel for cellular energy & protection.
