Bill has been selling and leasing both residential and commercial real estate for the last 22+ years, serving South Central Ct, and surrounding areas. Born and raised in Milford, he has deep roots here in the community. He is a long time member of the Rotary Club of Milford, which serves the community’s most important needs, including fundraising, and community service projects, as well as international needs. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors, and is their current Sergeant at Arms.
Bill has extensive knowledge and experience in new home construction, home remodeling projects, and property management. His experience in the marketplace and having worked through economic downturns and upswings gives his clients great advantages in how to navigate the marketplace to make the best choices. His ability to understand a client’s position and needs differentiates him as a Realtor from others.
