In addition to his established record of community participation, Bill has gained the respect of the lending institutions and has a penchant for producing successful transactions. He has handled a number of significant transactions involving investments, office, retail, industrial, land, casino buildings and casino land, as well as commercial development transactions and land transactions totaling more than 1500 acres.
