Bill Pollard, co-founder of Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. (PREP), began his career as a commercial leasing broker and associate vice president for office properties in the Bellevue, WA office of Chicago-based Grubb & Ellis, Inc. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric, AT&T, ADP Corporation and SAFECO Insurance Company of America have retained Bill for multiple investment and leasing assignments over the course of his career. He has also represented John Hancock, The RREEF Funds, Schnitzer Northwest, Bentall, Prudential Realty Advisors, Century Life Insurance and Equity Office Properties in complex real estate transaction negotiations.
Bill’s tenant representation exceeds 2.5 million square feet as he represents some of the largest and most active corporate users in the marketplace. Since 1987, Bill has represented over 100 corporate clients totaling over $500 million in value.
Bill has been honored for his business accomplishments on numerous occasions. He has been named Broker of the Year for 2000 and 2002 by SIOR, NAIOP Member of the Year for 1999, one of the Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40 by the Puget Sound Business Journal, and one of the Eastside Journal’s Top 25 Business Leaders. Recognized as an industry leader, Bill serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Association of Industrial & Office Park Owners (NAIOP) and the Bellevue Downtown Association.
