Bill Sparks, SIOR, is a Executive Vice President with CBRE and oversees the office in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Sparks has over 25 years of experience providing advisory and brokerage services in all commercial property types with a concentration in port-related business, industrial real estate, and office properties.
A Savannah native, he represents the fourth generation of his family to practice real estate in Savannah delivering an unmatched depth of market knowledge and key connectivity to Savannah’s business and political communities. He is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.
He is a member of The SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®. The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge and ethics in the real estate industry. He is married with three children.
