Bill Joined Dan Granot & Company in 2008, which merged in 2010 with Alan Joel Partners to become Joel & Granot Real Estate. Bill was born and raised in Atlanta and grew up watching his father broker real estate transactions. After graduating from the Westminster Schools and the University of Georgia, Bill decided to follow in his father's footsteps and get involved in commercial real estate.
Bill's experience includes office and industrial landlord/tenant representation. His knowledge of the market will allow him to bring forth the most cost-effective and efficient solution to support his clients' needs. This enables him to be a valuable asset to his clients and the company. JGRE is a local Atlanta commercial real estate company that provides a full range of real estate services to its clients from tenant representation, build-to-suite, investment sales, property management and leasing.
Outside of the office Bill enjoys playing golf and he coaches football with the Northside Youth Organization. He has been coaching the 11-12 yr. old BIG Packers since 2008.
