Blake Anderson, SIOR, is a leader in industrial tenant representation, applying a multi-discipline, no-conflict approach to developing strategic real estate solutions on behalf of his clients. As Senior Managing Director and Co-Branch Manager of the Dallas office, Blake is responsible for co-managing the office as well as growing the firm’s industrial services offering in the Southwest Region of the United States.
Blake holds the prestigious SIOR designation and is an expert in industrial properties, supply chain management and logistics, manufacturing, distribution and site selection, with more than 20 years of experience. He has negotiated more than 850 transactions, valued at a total of $1.4 billion, for such organizations as Konica Minolta, Joerns Healthcare, Pizza Inn, Bayer and Zales Corporation. He joined Savills in 2018 from Cushman and Wakefield.
