Blake Soto has joined the Investors Group team as a sales and leasing associate. He has experience working with industrial, retail and medical space developers as well as tenants’ site selection of industrial, medical, restaurant, and general commercial space. Prior to joining the Investors Group, Blake worked with NAI Latter and Blum-Lake Charles. He earned his bachelor’s degree of arts from McNeese State University. He is licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and has earned the designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Blake is a native of Lake Charles and is very active in Southwest Louisiana. He is a member of several professional and community organizations including the Greater Lake Charles Rotary Club, the Calcasieu Community Clinic board of directors, and the SWLA Economic Development Alliance.
