Blake Warren joined Stream Realty Partners in 2014 and serves as a Senior Associate for Stream Houston's industrial leasing division. He will be responsible for project leasing, site selection, lease analysis, acquisitions, dispositions and project development within an expanding 19,000,000 square foot leasing and management portfolio, representing clients including: Agellan Capital Partners, Cabot Properties, DCT, DRA Advisors, Liberty Property Trust and Stockbridge.
Prior to joining Stream, Blake worked at Caldwell Companies, primarily in a tenant and buyer representation capacity, where he successfully represented numerous clients in their real estate transactions. Preceding his commercial real estate career, Blake worked as an attorney, with a focus on trial litigation in state and federal courts. Blake's legal experience provides a solid foundation from which he is able to negotiate on behalf of his clients and thoroughly analyze and decipher the various factors which could potentially affect his clients' interests.
