Bio
James (Bo) Leffel specializes in the acquisition, disposition and development of land. Since 1997, Bo has overseen the development and sale of hundreds of residential lots, along with retail and office properties.
Before joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2009, Bo developed and managed residential real estate subdivisions and worked as a consultant on various real estate developments. Bo has developed and/or consulted on several notable Indianapolis area real estate developments including Ravinia in Zionsville, Stonegate, Clifden Pond, Shannon Springs and Irishman’s Run.
