Bo has lived in Gilbert Arizona for the past 23 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Bo is a third generation real estate investment and property management specialist. As the Director of Property Stabilization for The Poling Team at DPR, Bo has been a major part of the 'full service' concept the Poling Team offers, providing site inspections, property stabilization and a variety of services from trash-outs to re-keys. In dealing with residential or commercial real estate properties, Bo understands the pulse of the current market and how the volatility effects Agents and clients alike. He works directly with asset managers, REO account managers, investors and individual homeowners through the range of shifts in the market.
