Bio
As an Executive Vice President with Colliers International, Bob Caudill has specialized in representing corporate occupiers throughout Southern California. With a focus on the technology and life science industries, he has delivered real estate solutions that align to his clients business strategy for global firms like Microsoft, Intel, Alcon, Coca Cola, Advance Sterilization Products, Beckman Coulter, Samsung, LG, Schneider Electric to name a few. Over the course of his career, Bob has been involved in strategic consulting and transaction management for both public and private organizations. With over twenty-five million square feet of space leased and sold with a value of over seven billion dollars of transaction volume, he has been part of some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region. After over thirty years in the commercial real estate industry, Bob can still say he truly enjoys what he does. He loves the competitive nature of trying to put a deal together, but what is really rewarding for Bob is when all parties involved come to a compromise that works for everyone. Should there be a stalemate, he doesn't pound his fists and scream; he introduces logic to what can become an emotional process, allowing him to excel in finding solutions for some of the more difficult and complicated transactions in the industry. Bob Caudill is proud to be a part of Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services with more than 15,000 professionals operating out of 396 offices in 68 countries. He looks forward to connecting with you.
