I serve as a Broker Associate for Caldwell Commercial capitalizing on the real estate experience I gained working for a top performing national home builder. Having set several sales records for the Charleston region I developed a strong understanding of market fundamentals and projecting new trends. As a Broker Associate I especially enjoy collaborating with clients on strategies for business growth. Small business holds a special place in my heart; I was the director of a start-up patent law company where I developed a new appreciation for the dynamic business environment facing my fellow entrepreneurs. Prior to my career in real estate development, I served as a Magistrate in the Virginia Judicial System managing judicial processes in six counties with multiple law enforcement authorities.
