Bob Felderman has been an award-winning Iowa Real Estate Broker for four decades. He has also achieved awards as a photographer and writer, a photojournalist, and a writer. Bob has lived and traveled much of the world, and He is a voyager on the backroads and river roads.
Felderman regularly represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, working everything from residential to 1031 exchanges to commercial leases and sales to historic properties, residential relocation, and renting to LGBT and military clients. He was a certified general real estate appraiser in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois for about four decades. He was previously a certified home inspector and certified environmental inspector. Bob now works primarily with real estate buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in Dubuque, Iowa.
Bob Felderman is a distinguished editorial and commercial photographer renowned for his exceptional storytelling abilities through imagery. Born on September 13th, 1955, in Dubuque, Iowa, Bob's journey has taken him across continents, shaping his unique perspective on life and photography. After a career spanning 36 years, Bob retired as a U.S. Army Brigadier General, having served with honor and distinction in various capacities, including aviation, strategic planning, and disaster response operations.
Following his military career, Bob transitioned into the world of real estate, where he excelled as a broker and appraiser for over four decades. However, his passion for photography truly defined his later years. Bob's foray into photography began in earnest upon his return to Dubuque in 2010 when he was tasked with capturing entertainment events for a regional magazine. Armed with only a pocket camera initially, Bob's talent quickly caught the eye of magazine editors, propelling him into the realm of professional photography.
Over the past decade, Bob has captured the essence of countless entertainers, events, and personalities, earning accolades for his work locally and internationally. His portfolio boasts diverse subjects, from architectural marvels to captivating landscapes, reflecting his versatility and creative flair. Bob's images have graced magazine covers, galleries, and even the walls of businesses, leaving a lasting impression on viewers worldwide.

Outside of his photography pursuits, Bob is a devoted family man. He shares his life with his wife, Nancy, and their children and grandchildren. Together, they continue to explore new horizons, traveling to destinations far and wide, even amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bob's indomitable spirit and unwavering dedication to his craft serve as a testament to his enduring legacy as a photographer, storyteller, and adventurer.
