Robert (Bob) Huber joined Imperial Realty in 1996 than again in 2006. In 1996, Bob was Imperial Realty’s Brokerage Manager and then was promoted in 1997 to Senior Vice President of Brokerage/Acquisitions. In 2006 Bob rejoined Imperial Realty to oversee its Tenant Representation Division. The objectives of this division are to provide superb site selection services to retail tenants entering or expanding in the Chicagoland area. Their current active clients include Firestone and Metropolitan Bank Group.
After leaving Imperial and being Imperial Realty’s Broker-of-the-Year for each year, 1997 through 2001, Bob worked with Marcus & Millichap where he brokered investment properties, then moved on to Wex Trust Capital, where Bob served as its Managing Broker and Acquisition Adviser to the company.
Bob Huber brings over 22+ years in the real estate industry. Bob’s career includes banking and corporate finance, as well as brokerage. Bob’s accolades include leases completed of over 5 million square, 500+ million in financings and $500+ million in investment sales. It can be said that Bob has sat at all sides of the table.
Bob earned his MBA in 1982 from Indiana University and his JD in 1985 from Chicago Kent College of Law. Additionally, Bob is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and Indiana as well as a member of the Illinois Bar since 1986.
Originally born and raised in Texas, Bob graduated from East Texas State University in 1979 and W.B. Ray High School in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1975. An avid motorcycle rider and fitness enthusiast, Bob now resides in the Sauganash neighborhood of northwest Chicago.
Education
