Bob joined Engel in 2011 and has since closed over $19 million of Sales and Leasing volume. In 2014 and 2015, he was named to the Commercial Real Estate Club of Excellence of the Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council. His current clients include Regions Bank, Jet Pep Oil Company, Shell Oil Company, BB&T Bank, BancorpSouth Bank, Environmental Law Group, City of Birmingham, State Farm Insurance, Watco Transportation, and Alamerica Bank.
His past experience involves 30 years in the commercial banking field (specializing in commercial real estate finance). This experience included serving as President of two community banks, providing extremely beneficial service to our clients seeking to leverage real estate investments. He is also an experienced developer, currently developing the property known as CrossPlex Village, a multi-use development comprised of Hotel, Retail, Office, and Restaurants.
