Some of his recent successes include the leasing/ subleasing and disposition of over 80,000 SF at the Ingram Micro Building; leasing in the Airport Corporate Centre; Mississauga City Centre, Pepsi/QTG; Novartis Consumer Health Canada Inc.; Dufferin Construction’s head office for The Region of Halton Social and Community Services; Central Park Lodges (Retirement Residences REIT); Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (building sale $27 Million).
