Bob Stoddard has actively worked in the commercial real estate and construction industry for over 25 years. His experience includes land acquisition, building acquisition, land development, land planning, due diligence, entitlements, financing, and construction management. He has worked in numerous major markets throughout the country including the Washington DC metropolitan area. For the past 15 years he has focused on development and acquisitions related to senior housing, multifamily, mixed use, office and self-storage. Bob is a graduate of Clarkson College with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000, and has a real estate license in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
