Bob Tardy is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Services Team, which provides full-service real estate solutions for large-scale owners and occupiers of commercial space. Bob has more than 32 years of experience as a commercial real estate executive, specializing in leasing and development of industrial and office assets for institutional and third-party owners in the Atlanta area.
In his accomplished career, Bob has completed over 1,000 leases for a total value of over $500 million. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, he was the Director of Corporate Real Estate for XPO Logistics, one of the largest freight transportation companies in the world. He also held leasing and portfolio management roles with such notable firms as Atlanta Commercial Property Services, PM Realty Group, IDI, TPA Realty Services and Duke Realty, among others.
To his role with Cushman & Wakefield, Bob brings extensive experience in the negotiation and execution of lease transactions, build-to-suit development, speculative industrial and office projects, sourcing and entitlement of land, project/building design and pricing, and the implementation of marketing and leasing plans.
