Bob came to CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle, following a successful 25 years with The Buzz Oates Group. Bob has been responsible for various industrial projects throughout California’s Central Valley from Sacramento to Solano and San Joaquin Counties. Bob played a large role in the design, implementation, and execution of several million square feet of buildings and hundreds of acres of land for development in the Central Valley. Bob and his team consistently lead the market in industrial activity.
