Bobby Lyons, SIOR, CCIM is an industrial real estate broker, auctioneer, developer and owner/president of Lyons Industrial Properties. The company is a full service industrial real estate brokerage and development firm based in Spartanburg, SC. Bobby earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in June, 2002 at the CCIM Institute’s annual convention held in Phoenix, Az. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial and industrial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.
Bobby also earned the coveted SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) designation in January of 2019. Bobby has extensive experience in industrial real estate brokerage (conventional), auctions (accelerated marketing method), development, construction, and investment analysis.
Bobby and his wife, Nikki, have six amazing children ages 22 yrs to 9 yrs old. Bobby is on the advisory board for Wells Fargo Bank, he is in his 8th year as Program Chairman and active member with the Downtown Rotary Club of Spartanburg, and he coaches youth basketball and travel baseball. He and his family are members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gaffney, SC.
