Bobby Mills joined the Berkadia St. Louis office in 2020 where he specializes in the sale of private and institutional grade multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. Bobby also represents developers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily development sites. Prior to Berkadia, Bobby served as the head multifamily advisor in Cushman & Wakefield’s St. Louis office. He was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2019 as well as Cushman & Wakefield’s Rising Star in the Americas in 2018. Career sales volume totals more than $1 billion.
