Bowen Weir joined White-Spunner Realty as managing director of its Eastern Shore division in October 2017 as the firm continues to expand in Baldwin County.
“I really like the culture I found at White-Spunner,” Weir said. “With the new bridge coming to allow greater access between Mobile and Baldwin County, it’s really going to open up the market even more.”
A licensed real estate agent, Weir previously worked for a national oil and gas company. He and his family have called Baldwin County home for more than four years.
Weir earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business from the University of Memphis. A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a member of the Baldwin County Board of Realtors and the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Maggie, have one son, also named Bowen. They attend Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church in Fairhope. “My wife’s family vacationed here for decades,” Weir said of why they moved to the area. “ We decided it would be a great place to raise a family.’
