Bio
Boya Zhang joined the real estate industry at the end of 2016 and focuses exclusively on commercial real estate investments. She has successfully brokered the assembly of several multifamily development sites in Greater Vancouver and transacted various development sites, located mainly in Vancouver and Surrey.
Boya’s vast network includes a variety of clients from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and East India. She continues to focus on land assets; as she also expands her business to include multi-family investments. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Boya was involved in the import and export of forestry products and building supplies for her own company, where she was able to enhance her communication and negotiation skills as well as master international sales.
Boya graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Vancouver Island University. During her studies, she formed strong connections and relationships with many industry leaders on Vancouver Island. She is ready and willing to service her clients in both Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
