Boyd joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in Spring of 2007 and has been honored by Cushman & Wakefield as a Top Producer. Boyd was awarded Cushman & Wakefield Rookie of the Year in 2008 and recognized as the second highest producing rookie in the company's history. He has brokered over 50 deals in 2008-2011 year to date with a total consideration of over $215 million.
Boyd began his real estate career as the Co-Founder and Partner of Peninsula Land & Capital in Menlo Park, California. Boyd directed acquisition efforts and managed investor relations, property management and worked to compile a real estate portfolio valued at more than $32 million. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Boyd worked as Vice President of Willis & Company and in land acquisition for Shea Homes.
