Mr. Beasley was recognized as the 2015 Landlord Representative Rising Star by the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association. He formerly directed Market Research at Colvill Office Properties with a focus on both macro and micro-level research on the Houston office market. Mr. Beasley was responsible for tracking tenant activity, rental rate and vacancy trends, office lease comps, along with recent and current building acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Beasley was responsible for the original publication of the Quarterly Colvill Office Properties Office Market Report.
