Mr. Belcaster began his career in January 1986 with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. In January 2006 he left Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. to begin Belcaster Realty Group, LLC. During these 20 years Mr. Belcaster has represented a myriad of companies including Fortune 500, start-ups, law firms and non-profits. His transactions have been as large as 125,000 SF and as small as 1,500 SF. He has negotiated long-term anchor tenant leases and short-term subleases. From New York to Los Angeles, from Chicago to Dallas, his experience and expertise have been honed over hundreds of transactions in nearly every major market in the United States. As a recognized expert in Chicago, Mr. Belcaster has been a featured speaker at several continuing educational sessions provided by The Appraisal Institute, quoted in the Chicago Tribune and Crain’s Chicago business.
Of his accomplishments however, Mr. Belcaster is most proud of the number of clients for whom he has handled multiple transactions. These include A.T. Kearney, Inc., Reyes Holdings, Children’s Home and Aid Society, William Blair & Co., Collins Engineers, Stone Container Corp., Vericlaim, Right Associates, Insight Insurance and Burridge Capital.
