Brad Berzins is a Managing Director at JLL and a 21-year commercial real estate veteran of both the Tampa / Southwest Florida and Baltimore-Washington D.C. markets. Brad oversees and services the Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples submarkets, while also being part of the Tampa Industrial Team, led by John Dunphy. Brad’s career experience as a landlord rep, tenant rep and investment sales consultant includes over 50 M square feet leased/sold totaling over $1.5 B in transaction value. With this experience, Brad fosters the growth and advancement of JLL’s footprint in the aforementioned submarkets.
Brad has a unique track record that includes expertise and core experience in both industrial / office leasing and investment sales, having represented institutional, mid-market, and regional owners, buyers, and tenants throughout his career. Prior to joining JLL, Berzins founded NAI Skyway National Partners and focused on creating and growing the firm’s Industrial and Flex Leasing divisions and the Investment Sales group. Prior to moving to Florida, Berzins was a Partner and member of the Executive Committee at NAI KLNB, the largest privately held brokerage firm in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia markets, where he was an Industrial Leasing Broker and Investment Sales Broker for 20 years.
Berzins holds the prestigious Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University where he played on the men’s lacrosse team, Berzins also obtained his Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins in 2006.
