Brad is so proud to be working with Chinowth and Cohen Realtors in their Bixby office. He has been managing real estate investments for over 10 years. Brad is familiar with luxury, residential and commercial properties. He has lived in Oklahoma for more than 30 years and is familiar with the Grand Lake, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Midtown, and South Tulsa areas.
Brad always had a love for Real Estate. For the past 10+ years he has flipped, owned, and managed rental properties. Now, he has decided to take the next step and work in real estate full time in both residential and commercial markets.”
Previously Brad worked in the oil industry as an industrial engineer. He believes he has learned several skills over the years that he will be able to transfer into his real estate career. Brad gained valuable real estate skills in looking, buying, selling, contracts and the title process. He also has a lot of experience with customer service, “I know what people are looking for in customer service and everyone is different, and everyone wants and needs something different.”
Brad and his wife are members of Lutheran Church of Our Savior. They also enjoy spending summers at Grand Lake and watching football games in the fall. In their free time, they enjoy relaxing with their four dogs Dottie, Chloe, Xavier, and Zoey.
