Brad Chelton is Brookfield Residential's President in Texas and leads the land and housing operations for the business. In this role he is responsible for the Texas land portfolio which consist of roughly 10,000 residential lots that are actively under development in some of the most desirable Austin area submarkets. Mr. Chelton is also responsible for the housing operation which delivers roughly 500-600 units per year within the land portfolio.
Mr. Chelton joined Brookfield Residential in 2014 in the Arizona division and transferred to the Texas division in 2019.
