Principal Brad Kraus founded Windward Capital on the premise that clients are best served by individual representation. With over $1.8 Billion in real estate debt and equity negotiated and closed, Mr. Kraus is intimately involved in every financing assignment undertaken. Prior to the establishment of Windward, Mr. Kraus was the Director of West Coast Operations for Ackman-Ziff Advisors. Having worked his way up from Underwriter to Director at Meridian Capital’s headquarters in downtown Manhattan, Brad arrived in Los Angeles in 2003 to help expand Meridian’s footprint.
