Bradley Arendt, a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, is a dedicated member of the Urban Core division at the firm. Specializing in various product types within densely populated urban areas across South Florida, Bradley brings a wealth of experience to his role.
With a comprehensive background encompassing mortgages, real estate investments, property acquisitions, management, and auctions, Bradley adeptly addresses clients' brokerage and business development needs. Prior to his tenure at Colliers International South Florida, he played a pivotal role at Realty Masters Advisors (RMA) in Fort Lauderdale. During the challenging real estate downturn, Bradley and his team successfully transacted over $500 million in real estate statewide. Notable achievements include orchestrating the joint venture for the acquisition of the 20-acre mixed-use Naples Square project in downtown Naples from Regions Bank.
Before relocating to South Florida in 2010, Bradley contributed to the business development team at Sheldon Good & Company's Chicago office. There, he focused on the accelerated disposition of assets, particularly excess developer inventory within condominiums, townhomes, and single-family projects throughout the eastern half of the country, amounting to over $50 million.
In 2004, Bradley played an integral role in a boutique start-up real estate investment company, where he focused on the buying and selling of residential properties in Florida, Illinois, California, and Arizona. Bradley holds real estate broker licenses in Florida and Illinois and is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
