As a member of Colliers International’s Advisory and Brokerage Services Division, I work on behalf of clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial and office properties. As a 32 year veteran of the company, I have completed over 1,000 transactions with an aggregate lease/sale consideration in excess of $1 billion and consistently ranks among the top performers with Colliers. I use my experience and extensive market knowledge to provide strategic real estate solutions to warehouse/distribution/logistics and office clients including corporate relocation, client representation, build to suit advisory services, acquisition, disposition, and leasing services. Everything I do is centered around gaining and keeping the client’s trust. The goal of the real estate process is to accomplish the client’s objectives financially, operationally, and qualitatively and to structure a solution the makes real estate a contributor to long term corporate success.
