Brandon Abdelnour has been specializing in the office and industrial sector of commercial real estate since 2016. As an accounting major from Walsh College in Metro Detroit, Brandon knows how to underwrite deals and how to effectively price properties to sell in efficient time frames. Brandon’s clients range from single property owners to major developers all across the country.
While working toward his degree at Walsh College, Brandon got his real estate license and did residential real estate on the side. After leaving Walsh, Abdelnour jumped right into single tenant industrial leasing at a regional industrial and office firm where he focused in the Metro Detroit region. His past experience with leasing gives him a solid foundation in what investors look for in a lease, as well as the ability to underwrite and thoroughly understand the landlord responsibilities that can come with acquiring an asset.
