Bio
“Real Estate has been both a great way to make a living, and a never-ending learning experience.”
Born, raised and residing in Florence, Colorado, Brandon Angel started his real estate career in 2001. Upon graduation from the University of Southern Colorado, Brandon started his first small business in 1997. Understanding the in’s and out’s of business was an advantage Brandon took with him to his real estate endeavors. “It’s not just putting a sign in front of someone’s yard and expecting the phone to ring, it’s marketing, public relations, continuing education, contract negotiation, and so much more.”
Having received numerous awards for sales, Brandon credits his performance to his business background and more importantly, to his ever-increasing number of friends, family and professional contacts. “I’ve found that people appreciate honesty and hard work in this business.” “When you do a good job for someone, they will refer your services to the people they care about.”
Trying to find time in between running a successful real estate business, and raising a family, Brandon is active in city council, a member of the board of zoning adjustments and a director for the Royal Gorge association of Realtors, and a handful of charitable organizations including KW Cares which has helped thousands of people through the higher purpose of business.
Brandon looks forward to the future of his native county and approaches each day with appreciation for the little things and eagerness to learn. “I honestly don’t think you can learn everything there is to know about this business and all it encompasses, but I’m going to be in it for a long time to give it one heck of a try.”
