Brandon Clarke is a Vice President with CresaPartners in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Clarke is responsible for the day-to-day management of the University of Phoenix account and is working with the University of Phoenix to implement their next generation space program in numerous markets across the country. Prior to joining CresaPartners, Mr. Clarke was a transaction specialist with Hogan & Associates, Inc., one of the largest land brokerage firms in Arizona. Mr. Clarke worked with investors, developers and homebuilders in the acquisition and disposition of land throughout all stages of the residential development process. Mr. Clarke's responsibilities included site analysis, contract negotiations, due diligence management/analysis and escrow coordination. Prior to his work in commercial real estate, Mr. Clarke served as a Prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, in Phoenix, Arizona, for three years. Mr. Clarke's legal background provides a valuable base from which he approaches every commercial real estate transaction.
