Mr. Duncan joined Block Hawley in March 2011 after spending the first seven years as an industrial broker at CB Richard Ellis and Cassidy Turley. Mr. Duncan’s experience includes project leasing, investment and new development underwriting, and tenant representation. He now focuses a majority of his time servicing the needs of property owners and businesses in the St. Louis metropolitan area. In 2007, Mr. Duncan started with CBRE as a broker to focus strictly on the St. Louis Industrial market. Since 2007, he has been involved in over 18.2 million square feet of industrial leasing and sales transactions.
